Terms of Use

Last updated: September 10, 2026

By using Cheap Fly Club websites and email alerts, you agree to these terms.

What we are

Cheap Fly Club is an alert and information service. We do not sell airline tickets, act as a travel agent, or guarantee that any fare remains available when you click through.

Deals & accuracy

Fares change quickly. Prices, dates, and availability shown in emails or on the site may be outdated by the time you book. Always verify on the booking site before purchase.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your email access secure. Account links are private - do not share them. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse signup, scrape the service, or use alerts for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for booking decisions, fare changes, or third-party site issues.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after posting means you accept the revised terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
